William M. Lindeman, Owner

With more than 30 years’ experience, William concentrates his practice on complex business litigation with a focus on collection of accounts receivable.

Prior to opening his own firm in September, 2007, William was a partner in several local firms which handled similar cases. William is a 1983 graduate of The University of Notre Dame Law School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987. He is also a member of the Commercial Law League of America as well as California and Illinois State Bars and is proud to serve clients from all over the Country. Mr. Lindeman has served on various Florida Bar Committees and given seminars in Landlord/Tenant, Construction Lien and Collection issues. He has served as President of the Renaissance by the Lake Homeowners’ Association. Mr. Lindeman has maintained a “Very high Peer Review in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards” for the past 15 years.

Audrey Rudolph, Office Manager

Audrey is a Florida Registered Paralegal and Notary Public, serving as Office Manager at our esteemed firm since 2012. With a rich background in the legal field, Audrey brings a wealth of experience, organizational prowess, and a keen understanding of legal processes to her multifaceted role, ensuring the seamless operation of our office and providing invaluable support to our legal team.
